Remark : In the event that the policy cannot be filed in person, a power of attorney and a copy of the identification card of the attorney with certified true copy are required.

Contact the service agent to facilitate you or submit the documents in person at the head office or the company branch. Processing time is no more than 3-7 days from the date the company receives all the documents.
Tips : Receiving money via bank transfer will get paid faster. Please attach a copy of the first page of the bank passbook containing the account number and account name (with certified true copy).
