According to the OIC's recommendation, you are required to check the insurance agent license before paying every time to ensure that the person receiving the money from you is still the insurance agent of the company. When an agent receives money from you, proof of payment or a temporary receipt of the company must be issued to you every time. Please refuse any payment if the life insurance agent does not show the life insurance agent license or does not have proof of payment issued to you.
You can pay at the company's branch or agent office near your home. You will receive proof of payment of premiums as well. You can pay the premium by cash, check, or credit card.
Can pay via bank counter, mobile/internet banking, or counter service. You will then receive the invoice that the company sends without any fees. You can pay at the bank counter or scan to pay with the mobile application that you are using or use the “Bill Payment” service on the mobile application. Search for the name “Phillips Life Insurance” and enter Ref.1 as the policy number you wish to pay. Specify the amount you want to pay. Once you have made the payment, you will receive a receipt for the premium delivered to you within 3 business days.
Contact the company to give consent for the company to deduct your bank account or credit card for automatic payment of life insurance premiums. When the premium payment is due for each installment, the company will deduct according to the cycle for bank or credit card debits twice a month as follows:
- Every 15th of the month for policies that are due on the 1st-15th of the month.
- Last day of the month (30, 31) for policies that are due 16-30 (31) of the months.
You must submit a request for direct deduction from a bank account with a copy of the first page of the bank book or a copy of the front page of your credit card along with a certified true copy of your ID card. Thus, the company will notify the bank to directly deduct your account to pay insurance premiums.
At least 30 days before the deduction cycle for direct deduction and 7 days for credit card. Thus, the company will notify the bank to directly deduct your account to pay insurance premiums.
